Any Interior Design project( Renovation,Apartment,etc.) is considered as one Project with max 1500
Sqft of Carpet Area, more than that the project will be charged with 19950 Rs per every 500 sq ft of
Carpet area.
Any Architecture Design Project ( includes Bungalows,Highrises, any other building exterior and
interior Designing ) is Considered as one Project with max of 4500 Sq Ft of Built Up Area, more than
that the Project will be charged with 19950 Rs per every 1500 Sq Ft of Built Up area.
Any Project includes only max. 2_2D Design options, max 2_3D Design options and max. 3 Views of
Rendering of each spaces.
Project Documents will be handed over in the sequence of 2D Layout___3D Design___3D
Rendering___Drawing & Details___Material Selection ppts
Refer List of work provided by TEAM for each type and stages of the project.
It is compulsory to provide accurate Existing Documents of the site with CAD files and Project brief
to begin initial stages of the designing
As an Executive partner you are the only responsible for any query occurs because of every
Designs,Drawings and Details provided by TEAM. We as a Design and Detail partner are request to
check once the file handovered to you before execution.although we assure to provide quality
Designs and Details before handed over.
TEAM will have Project Coordination and discussions with our executive partners only
No Design or Details will be changed after 3 Days from the day of submission ( duration will be
calculated as working days)
PAYEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
50% Advance payment on every project and 100% before Hand over all documents required to
activate any one of the Subscription plans
18% GST will be applicable
More than one year duration of any project will be considered as new project and will be applied
with new project charges of respected plan
Activated plan can be upgraded with the increasing No. of Projects within respective year only
